"I cannot say enough positive things about the day care at Preppy Pet. The staff there are incredible, really outstanding. They care about your pup, are accountable, communicable and just all around amazing! They are in tuned to what is going on with the dogs and stop any issues that come with so many dogs in one place before they escalate. My dog lost his mind with excitement every time we turned down Acres Drive. Every morning he would greet the staff with a hug like he was being reunited with a long lost love, and it was reciprocated by each and everyone of them. And end the day the same way. He started there when he was four months old and it was so comforting knowing my lil dude was well taken care of while we were at work. They do art projects for holidays and sent home a little bag of goodies for his first birthday. I seriously feel so fortunate having had the experience for my dog to be raised going here for the first year ish of his life! Thank you all of loving Hank as much as I do!"
"My 3 huskies stayed here for 5 days while we were out of town. They all came back home happy and healthy. The office is great about answering the phone when you call with questions or to check on your pups. Other boarding places are not as good about answering the phone. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We had a good experience and would definitely stay again."
